Gingham + Polka Dots

Let me start by saying I totally didn’t create this gingham print and polka dots myself! lol  I really wish I could though.  I love mixing prints in my style, so this week I am mixing prints on my nails!!  I was excited when I saw Sally Hansen Salon Effects on clearance on Target a few weeks agao, I had to scoop them up because the prints were so cute!

Sally Hansen Salon Effects: Pink-A-Dot & Checker Out

I first tried Sally Hansen Salon Effects last year in a zebra print, and I took it off immediately because I hated it, lol.  However, I couldn’t resist this adorable gingham and polka dot prints and the sale price! My original plan was to wear them one at a time (if there really was a plan), but after asking if I should wear either print or both, both won by one vote, and I’m glad it did :-).

(kinda giving jazz hands in this pic, lol)

Have you ever tried Sally Hansen Salon Effects?  If so, what’s your favorite print?  If not, why?

P.S. While trying these nail strips was cute fun, I am a polish lover/addict for life! lol

  2. Goes well with your mice jacket! I think I saw these on you Instagram and I love gingham so much! I’ve tried Sally Hansen Salon Effects and love them: no mess and quick to put on, which is great for me because I’m impatient! lol:)

I like how you mixed up the dots and plaid! They were on clearance at my Target, too.

I have tried the nails twice (in the same pink dots and a metallic blush color). They worked well; they didn’t last for ten days as advertised, but I wore them for at least a week at school with small children no less. The next pattern I want to try are the stripes– Have you seen those?

You and Curvee Beauty make me want to revert back to stickers instead of polish. Both prints are cute and work well together.

Cute! I have not tried them because I’m not “into” doing my nails. Trimmed and clean us usually my nail routine.

I really like how you just ‘changed’ one nail. And not did it one nail pink, one nail green, one nail pink, one nail green, and so on..
Really nice! I have not yet seen such things in Holland.
