DIY ‘Til Christmas: Simple Ring
Darlings, it’s been ages since I’ve done a DIY here on the blog, so I am challenging myself to share some simple DIYs with y’all that will make for great Christmas gifts throughout the rest of the holiday season
.
This leaf ring is one of the cheapest, yet most asked about, pieces of jewelery I own. It’s also the easiest thing I’ve ever made. So, after much procrastination and many requests, I am finally sharing how I made it.
.
Tools (from Hobby Lobby) : E-6000 glue, a ring with pad, and choice of pendant, button, stone, etc. I used a leaf pendant, made for a necklace, in the original ring, and an envelope pendant, made for a necklace this go round because the envelope makes me thing of envelope style clutches that often carry in my clutch covers. I used pendant because they were easy to find in my spur of the moment decision to make these rings.
Steps:
- Put glue on ring pad.
;
- Attach pendant, tile, stone, etc.
;
;
- Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
;
- It’s good to go!! You have a new ring to wear yourself or give to a friend or loved one
.
Is this a DIY you could see yourself doing? Anything you’d like to see me DIY? (I already have a lengthy to-do list for the year, but I am looking to doing many more DIYs even in 2013)

Soooooooooooooo cute, I am pinning it.
HAPPY THSKSGIVING, MY GORGEOUS ROCQUELLE.

Quick, simple and easy, I love it! I have an envelope/swallow necklace that would match this perfectly!
