Rainy Day Change
Hey there lovelies!! I hope that y’all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was busy and full of activity, but lots of fun, and probably why I’ve felt the need for a nap all Monday long, lol. On Sunday morning, while preparing for church, I’d decided on an outfit including this dress, but then I realized it was pouring down raining with strong wind blowing. I totally forgot it was supposed to rain, and the strength of the rain, meant I needed to change my outfit. Several tossed pieces of clothing later, I went with this simple look, based on this black maxi!
Maxi dress: c/o Sway Chic (loving this as a black maxi option); Duster: Pegasus- vintage from Decades; Shoes: Steve Madden; Handbag: Foley+Corinna (similar); Necklace: Crazy & Co.
Does rainy weather cause you to change your outfit or would you wear what you already picked out?

Great outfit. I especially love your heels.
I always have to change my outfit for unexpected rain. I opt for boots with a chunky heel and shorter skirt, to prevent splashes and wet clothes.
See what I wore for a rainy day at work on my blog.

It’s been raining a lot here in KY lately. Every time I look out the window for the past week, its raining -_- I’m not a huge fan of rain, especially due to the fact that we got stuck in it last night! Not cool!
I absolutely love your style in the fashion department! That purse is super cute!!! I’m in love with pink ♥ I actually need a new handbag, maybe it’s time to buy one for Christmas.
